At-a-glance guide to Nicholl closing systems

• All systems are prepared, installed and serviced by Nicholl Food Packaging.
• Hand / Quarter turn Hooding Machines - manual and portable - a short-run unit, providing a hooded type closure.
• Hand toggle press - a manual unit for small scale supermarket trials applying Coverlok closures closing up to 10 packs per minute - an ideal unit for product developments.
• HD10 - a semi-automatic closing machine for applying Coverlok closures, closing up to 10 packs per minute.
• Type 40 closing machine - this handles round, rectangular and square containers, applying standard and Coverlok closures at speeds of up to 40 per minute.
• Hand closing machines - simple, inexpensive solutions to closing a wide variety of aluminium foil containers with a standard flat closure.
• CMC Continuous Closing Machine - for automatic lid placement and crimping of rectangular or round foils, with a standard flat closure at speeds of up to 100 closures per minute.
