• The buttons at the top of each screen and the links down the left side form the basic navigation tools. Some pages provide additional links in the main area of the page. You can also view the site map which has direct links to most pages on this site.

Question How can I find a particular product in your products section?

• You can try any of the following (the product finder is the easiest option):

  • If you know what group of product you want, click through to the right group. For example, Foil Containers... Rectangulars... Rectangular Trays Rolled Edge. The product listing will be sorted in capacity order to aid location of the correct container.
  • Product Finder button If you know what capacity and/or topout you want, the quickest way is to use the Product Finder (accessed via blue 'Search catalogue' button on the right of the Products page).
  • If you know the catalogue code, use the Product Finder.
  • Modify Search Icon If you want to narrow down all the available products with your own search settings, then you can use the 'show all' feature. In the Product Finder click the 'Find' button with all the form fields left empty. In the product listings that appear, click the 'Modify Search' icon and then set your desired search values.

Question How can I sort the pages of products in your products section?

• You can sort the product listings by any column. Initially they are sorted by container capacity. If you want to sort by topout or depth, click on the topout or depth headings above the listing. (If you click again you will get the sort in reverse order.)

Measuring Specification Column Headings

Question I can't find products that were there earlier!

• After you have used the product finder or modified the search, you need to clear the search in order to see all the products again. Clicking the products link at the top of the page will do this. Alternatively, click the Modify Search icon and then click the 'Clear' button.

Question I keep getting no results from the Product Finder (or when I modify the search)?

• Check that you are typing in reasonable values (and using millimeters and cubic centimeters as your units). You can see what values are present in the actual product listings by leaving a box in the Product Finder blank - or before you modify the search. There may actually be no products with the specifications you are looking for.

Question How can I avoid misplacing products I was looking at earlier?

• If you have noted down its catalogue number then you can use the Product Finder to retrieve it. Two ways to avoid this situation are:

  • Enquiry Cart iconAdd any products you are interested in to your enquiry cart. Click the product code (in the right hand column) to do this. At any time you can view the contents of your cart by clicking the Enquiry Cart icon. (Generally the contents of your enquiry cart will still be there the next time you visit the site; you may want to print it out too.)
  • Print copies of product information using the product popup windows. Clicking the thumbnail image of each product will create a popup version with a larger image, full specifications, and a print button at the bottom.

Question How are compartmented container specifications presented?

The standard page of product specifications summarizes the overall dimensions of a compartmented container. For example, the capacity will be the total capacity of all compartments. To view individual compartment specifications, look in the popup information page by clicking on the thumbnail image of the product you are interested in.
