This 57mm deep rectangular aluminium foil smoothwall container is suitable for top sealing and offers the consumer the convenience of cooking or reheating in the packaging.

The 5mm ridges in the base are designed to lift the product and allow unwanted fats and juices to drain away from the food. Ridging also offers improved air circulation so that the consumer does not need to turn the food whilst cooking and product crisping or browning is enhanced. The ridged tray is ideally suited for breaded poultry, and fish, potatoes or roast vegetables.

This container is also available in a plain base giving the option of the development of other ready to cook meal products without the need to change sealing heads.
