Nicholl Group of Companies has grown to encompass a factory in Britain and three sites in continental Europe.

Cannock

Our Company Headquarters and main factory is located near Cannock in Staffordshire.

Opened in 2004, it is facilitating further expansion of Nicholl's operations.

Site Details

• Cannock is our flagship site and houses the most up-to-date production facility in the UK and Mainland Europe for the manufacture of aluminium foil containers.
• The manufacturing unit is top class in terms of hygiene, efficiency and technology with sufficient storage capacity to cope with peak seasonal demands. The 10-acre site comprises 140,000 square feet of covered space with 9,000 pallet locations and a computerised warehousing management system.
• The production floor houses a large number of homogenised electronically controlled presses with auto stackers and a suction feed trim removal system. A number of companies associated with the refurbishment of this site have won industry awards for their work on this project.
• The location of the site is right on the M6 toll road, and is perfectly placed in the centre of the UK and its motorway network.

Ecopla

Our Ecopla operations in France and Belgium service the markets of France, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. The Ecopla factory is at St. Vincent de Mercuze near Grenoble, with a distribution centre at Seilles near Brussels.

Bachmann

Our Bachmann operation in Hannover services all sectors of the German market and is ideally located to distribute into Eastern Europe. Inhouse development experience in the sector of mechanical engineering and tool-making has formed the basis for state of the art production techniques and top-quality packaging.

Bachmann Site

• In 1970 Bachmann Aluminium GmbH began to manufacture disposable aluminium foil containers and aluminium products for many purposes. Since that time our range of food dishes has been continuously extended. We are able to fullfil any customer requirements and to manufacture individual tailor-made foil containers exclusively designed for your product.
• Our headquaters in Hannover has a production and storage area of 15.000 m2. Highly qualified staff members are engaged in developing and manufacturing innovative aluminium packaging systems for our customers needs.
